KAGOPOINT – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By creating an account or using Kagopoint, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility
  • Only legally registered companies or authorized individuals may open a company account.
  • Staff accounts must be created and managed by the company administrator.
2. Account Responsibilities

The company is fully responsible for:

  • Managing its branches and staff
  • Data entered into the system
  • Activities performed under its accounts
  • Keeping login information secure

Kagopoint is NOT responsible for internal misuse within a company.

3. Use of the System

Users agree to use Kagopoint for:

  • Legitimate cargo management
  • Accurate recording of cargo and customer details
  • Lawful business operations

Illegal use of the system will lead to account suspension.

4. Payments & Subscriptions
  • Kagopoint may operate on monthly/annual subscription
  • Failure to pay may result in limited access or suspension
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Companies must ensure all cargo, revenue, and customer data entered is accurate. Kagopoint is not liable for errors caused by user inputs.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to:
